Providing excellence in developing and promoting ICT plans and programs

The ICTO is tasked to be the lead implementing agency of Government in all most of its ICT related efforts such as industry development, policy formulation, ICT infrastructure development, R&D, ICT capacity building for the public sector and administration of the E-Governance Fund.

Symph builds harmonious technology solutions.

Our company name represents our belief that Business is like a Symphony, each business is unique and contains many parts. These parts, when in tune and in harmony sound magnificent. But when they are not, results are disastrous. Technology is the enabler of business, not its purpose. We've provided solutions to Filipino and international clients, and are currently incubating a few startup ideas of our own.
